The conference took place in Warsaw. Its subjects were the issues related to investments in wind-power industry, starting with the question of how to acquire land for the investment and how to finance it, through the aspect of licences and terminals and finally the sale of energy and the renewable energy certificates turnover.

The lecturers were, among the others, the representatives of the Ministry of Economy, the Energy Regulatory Office, transmission system operators, institutions financing the projects and chambers, as well as the companies that cooperate with the investors.

Michał Kiesiński, the Director of Development Office, EIB, called the participant’s attention to the issues of investor’s security and presented possible insurance solutions.
