X POWERPOL Congress was held in March 2010 in Król Kazimierz Hotel in Kazimierz Dolny. The main topic was: “2010: Perspectives of Polish power industry.”

The turn of years 2009/2010 was for Polish energy producers and suppliers a year of intensive changes. These changes are a result of dynamic privatization process, the climate act, global crisis and Polish Government’s Power Policy for year 2030. The congress was based on discussions of groups of speakers as well as individual presentations of biggest power companies representatives made it possible to analyze strategies of Polish power companies and changes on the market.

EIB was a partner of the congress for the third time.
