The competitive advantage of EIB is based on the experience and unique knowledge of our employees. Since 2003, a recruitment program “AKADEMIA EIB” has been conducted. The program, in a form of an 8-month paid internship for selected group of laureates, is addressed to students of the fourth and fifth year of law and economics studies and completed with a vocational examination and engagement in EIB.
Due to the variety of issues which arise in our everyday work, the profession of an insurance broker requires constant training. For this reason our team members undergo regular trainings and internal workshops, have access to knowledge and know-how, participate in seminars, conferences and external trainings (also shaping their business personality and "soft" skills). Self-education and continuous improvement of the workshop are also crucial.
